Make me a social weapon

I have 2 skill points and one adventure point to make a social weapon. Zabbs, I'm commissioning you to make one for me, given this currency.

My base social dmg is 3, with no edge piercing and no special qualities.

I'll give you a fate point in your time of need, and also an old-fashioned.

That shouldn't take too long. You will have to take a stunt to get it so minus 1 refresh rate as always. Also, do you have any existing items that give you a bonus to your Rapport (I assume this is what you will use) roll or damage?
